Robert Field made his earliest images with his father's pre-War Leica.  Many of his early images were lost but the collection ‘Men at Work’ survives; Alfred Stieglitz was an early influence.  Robert's images range from European and North American landscapes through to portrait and abstraction.  His silver and pigment prints are in a number of museums and in public and many private and corporate collections.  Robert also has a background in London newspapers.
